Julie Williams

Julie was born and raised in Kenya, growing up on ranches in the north of the country. Much of her youth was spent on safari in wilderness areas accompanying her father. Together with his trackers they took Julie under their protective wing and taught her all they knew about the animals and indigenous plants that shared their world. She has a particular interest in the medicinal uses of many of these plants. Julie became a professional guide in 1997 and has guided in Kenya and Tanzania as well as Zimbabwe and Botswana.
